Countries, Languages, and Nationalities Translations
When trying to best organize these categories, I put countries, languages, and nationalities together because they share a lot of similarities in how they are spelled. In most cases, to reach the language or nationality name, all you need to do is start with the base country word and add a short ending to it like go or jin. There's a lot of countries to cover, but here's some to start out with.
Country Names
English to Japanese

Languages
In many cases, to achieve the language name, you can take its home country name and add 'go' to the ending. Like, the country Japan translates to Nihon, so to speak of the Japanese language, you would combine Nihon with go. Nihongo. Here is a list of various language names and their Japanese translations.

Nationalities

Conversations by Language
If you want to describe conversations spoken in specific languages, you can simply add the word "kaiwa" after the name of the language. You can also add "no" between the language name and kaiwa, but this is optional.
